With the summer sports season just around the corner, now is not the time to give up on speed, strength, agility and injury resiliency training!
In-season performance training should remain in tact throughout the regular season, yet this is not often the case with many middle and high school athletes.
Consequently, many athletes will experience a significant loss in strength, speed and joint mobility by the end of their sports season.
Sadly, this commonly leads to an increase in non-contact related sports injuries (ACL, meniscus tears, etc) due to muscle imbalances and deficiencies.
So, what's the solution?
