Our BUILD workouts will allow you to get maximal health benefits in minimal time. In this class you'll be participating in short bursts of intense exercise followed by low intensity recovery periods. You'll utilize rowers, free weights, kettlebells, boxes, medicine balls, pull up bars and more. Our BUILD workouts have been known to be one of the most effective ways to elevate your metabolic rate allowing you to burn calories even after you finish your workout.
