Zachary Elfman, local business owner, personal trainer, level 1 weight lifting coach, TRX certified, powerlifting coach, exercise recovery specialist,loving father, son and friend. Being an athlete myself, having my own gym to help others is great. I have been extremely fortunate to work with hundreds of athletes from NCAA, high school and youth athletes. Above all i believe in delivering and amazing experience for all athletes.

Personal fitness gym located in Springfield. Our gym is great for beginners or former athletes looking to get back into or stay in shape. We also offer online training to reach your goals

I'm very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It's about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

Megan Ryan

Megan Ryan

Meg Ryan is very passionate about helping others reach their goals through movement and fitness! She has been teaching strength and conditioning classes at 610fitness over the last 2 years. She has been leading our all women's weightlifting group. Meg has trained men and women of all ages including beginners who have never previously worked out. She specializes in small group training, 1:1 personal training, weight training, strength training, mobility training , and exercise recovery.

Meg has a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and has been practicing in Geriatrics since 2001. She is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and CPR certified. Meg has 11 years of personal experience in the health and fitness industry She has accomplished many fitness oriented goals to include various 5 K's, 10 K's, The Broad Street Run, Spartan Races, Olympic Lifting competitions and Crossfit competitions, and Powerlifting competitions.
